I have pretty much been doing the same thing these last few weeks which is preparing for the arm wrestling practice i will try and get to this Saturday. If I can't do that then I will have to do it the following week which will be after the project is due so I would have to find a different way if it does not work.

So for this week I have been doing a lot more training and I've felt that i have gotten a lot better than I was before and there is a lot that I still have to figure out but I think that I will be able to get it done within the last 4 weeks and I feel like I didn't give myself enough time to actually think on what I am doing for the last few weeks and with what time I have left I feel like that there is a few more things and I will be close enough to done to where I can go out to a arm wrestling practice and beat one of the guys on that team.
So I have learned that I cannot proceed with the wrestling idea because there is no time in my schedule for it. So my idea is to still be able to go to one of the practices and beat some that is on a team and to keep doing that I am going to keep going to the gym and train most of the major muscles that you will use for arm arm wrestling and I will at the end of the twelve weeks go to the practices and record myself arm wrestling someone so that I can present that video in class. Once I show that video and post it onto here that will be the end of this project.
So I have been in the gym training my upper body and arms a lot more recently. And i have started shifting my focus to wrestling too so starting next week I am going to be going to wrestling practices and I will learn the basics and see if I can take someone down that is at the practices. The reason I have started to think about wrestling is because today in my weight training class we went into the wrestling room and after we did our workouts he told us we could just mess around or wrestle if we wanted and I decided that I would try and wrestle on of my friends in that class so I did and I have no idea how to wrestle but it was super fun and I have decided to try and take classes and i felt that throughout my journey to train arm wrestling it was getting boring and that made me decide to go out and figure out what else i could or or expand on it more and what happened today gave me the perfect idea to expand and not just do arm wrestling but to try and learn actual wrestling. And my plan for next week is to go to a couple practices that my uncle and his friends do so that they can teach me and I can learn how to become a wrestler.
So far I have been in the gym and I have gotten stronger and have been able to lift heavier weights and I've been working on my wrist pro-nation and have worked my forearms and have been able to work on more leaning motions that require me to use my entire body using a cable machine.
